The Constellation List gives a good explanation of the Greek mythology behind each constellation. Native American Sky Legends (PDF) is a teacher's guide that contains a few Native American legends about the constellations, as well as activities for students. Using Multicultural Dimensions to Teach Astronomy is a report from the Astronomical Society of the Pacific describing how teachers can use multicultural perspectives, including constellations, to teach astronomy.
